Hyderabad's most distinctive glandular offal tradition. In Hyderabadi restaurant culture, kapura most commonly refers to testicles, parboiled and fried with onions, green chilies, black pepper, and garam masala.

One of India's strongest testicle traditions and unusually visible in a commercial restaurant context. Hyderabad's kapura culture is more developed than almost anywhere else in South Asia. Preparation
Parboiled, membrane removed, sliced. Fried in oil with onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, black pepper, coriander, and garam masala. Finished with lemon.
